a mini post

Good Morning Friends
I hope that you are all doing well.

Things here in the spoonful house are busy.
Gosh, I thought that summer was supposed to be relaxing.

As a type this short post
I am sitting outside on the rain soaked deck
It's quiet.. even my favorite locusts are silent.
It's breezy and comfortable
which makes it hard to believe that it is going to be another 90-100 degree day.
yikes.

Now that (I think) that I've got my blog cleaned up and organised
and now it is time to READ.

Have a wonderful day everyone.

I wish we would get some summer rain but alas we won't see rain until the fall. Dry here in the summers. Sounds like a peaceful morning.

We will be in the midst of horrible heat and right now at 10:48 it is warm outside!
Great to see you this morning and
you are not a dork.

You sound so comfy and relaxed. If only the heat would stay away. it is miserable here, too. And yes, summer is busy and flying by!

I hope you are having a nice week too. :o) I am so ready for this hot weather to be over with. If it rains down here it equals warm humidity. ugh... This N.CA. girl is ready for some cool/dry weather. :o)

Thanks for stopping by my cozy kitchen and leaving a nice comment! Yes, I love going to Farmer's Market, too! Can't wait to see what fresh produce is there this weekend.

You have a great blog goin on here! I'll have to browse around some more and see what's you've got cooking up!

Thank you for stopping by my blog and your sweet comments.

I'm glad you had a chance to enjoy some time on the deck in between the super hot weather we are having. It seems we are in for one more day and then some relief.

I love your photos! The brown-eyed Susans in the Coke bucket are precious! Your twist cookies look scrumptious and what well-behaved doggies you have!

Have a wonderful weekend!
